Final Sale Policy
All sales are final. We do not offer cancellations once an order has been placed. However, you may switch items if you notify us immediately via email after placing the order.

Returns and Exchanges
We do not offer returns or exchanges for the following reasons:

  • Receiving the correct item but not liking the fit or style.
  • Slight color variations due to lighting and background effects.

Returns or exchanges are only available if you receive a wrong or damaged item. In such cases, please provide an unpacking video showing the sealed package (pod bag) and clearly display the damage without any video cuts. If this procedure is not followed, your request will not be processed.

Return Time Frame
If you are eligible for a return or exchange, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. Requests made after this time frame will not be accepted.

Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts
If the recipient fails to collect the package during delivery attempts due to unavailability or issues with OTP verification (incorrect contact details or address), and the package is returned to us, the shipping and return fees will be charged to the recipient. Once the package is returned to us, we will attempt reshipping at no extra cost for the first reshipment.
