Refund and Returns Policy

Overview
We do not accept returns, replacements, or refunds for products that are exactly as described on our website. Our return and refund policy only applies if the product received is not as described. The policy lasts 30 days; if 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return due to a product not being as described, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, including perishable goods such as food, flowers, newspapers, or magazines. We also do not accept intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

  • Some health and personal care items

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.


Return Window
If your return request is approved, you have 7 days to return the item from the approval date. If the item is not returned within this period, the refund request will be considered invalid.


Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, and the amount will be credited back to your original payment method.


Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account, then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and still haven’t received your refund, please contact us at support@slaybysonali.com

Sale Items
Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. We do not replace or refund products if they match the description provided on our website. If the item is defective or damaged, send us an email at support@slaybysonali.com.

Shipping Returns
To return your product, you should mail it to: T-147/2, NEAR SANATAN DHARMA LAL MANDIR, BALJEET NAGAR, PATEL NAGAR, CENTRAL DELHI, DELHI, 110008. You are responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted.
